I have never gave Bw3's a review in all my years of coming here. However tonight I was greeted by the sweetest young lady working her little heart out cleaning a spill a customer dropped on the floor when I walked in she immediately calmly and promptly directed me to the side moved the carpet and ask me to please be careful because she did not want me to slip. So I Called in an order and went to pick it up. I am on crutches for I had surgery on my knee three weeks ago. I asked the host if she could help me If I pulled my car up to the door if she could help me and bring my food out to me. She said no, she can’t do that, so I had a very hard time carrying my bag of food to my car on crutches. This is disrespectful , and rude.

We ordered thru grub hub food was later than expected we didn’t mind until we opened it up and everything was cold we ordered cold and hot food it was all in one bag so the cheese curds were rubber boneless chicken wings hard as a rock we had to take the breading off it was so hard the sliders cold heated back up not bad but we paid over 70$ for cold hard food that’s the sucky part the salsa and guacamole was petty good a lot of little bits for chips luckily we had some it was disappointing
