Lunch ruined by two Buffalo Wild Wings worker's kids that were allowed to run through the restaurant screaming and hollering like the entire place was a McDonald's Play Place. That's really really trashy and completely inappropriate. Keep your kids at home and don't bring them to work to make the customers suffer their presence. I'll also be filing a complaint directly with corporate referencing with review with the store number.

i came in to pick up my to go order. I arrived at the exact time the order was to be ready. It was a chocolate chip skillet cookie which is served with ice cream. I was given the order I had already paid for which included a tip. I had to ask for a spoon as it was not in the bag. No napkins included either. I got to my car and opened my order. Our entire experience was completely ruined by our waiter, Lyliana. She took our order, checked on us once, and then essentially disappeared for the rest of our visit. We waited over an hour without getting refills, and part of my food never even arrived. By the time we had to leave, I still hadn't received the rest of my meal and had to have it thrown into a to-go box instead of actually getting to enjoy the dinner I paid for.
