not one to complain but service was horrible, food order was wrong then server argued with us, didnt get a single refill on our drinks then when we asked for refills and where told “yeah, in a minute” then proceeded to never give us refills, its so disappointing and this needs to be addressed
Lecker Essen.
The franchise is struggling and like most places I am sure they are understaffed. Too bad, it used to be a fun place toplay triva and watch games. But sitting 15 minutes after receiving our water is just not worth it so we had to leave.
Shoutout to Ethan and crew for getting the Blackhawks game on for me even though a Cubs playoff game was going on. Great service, even though they seem understaffed and he had a ton of tables. You seat yourself but I enioyed picking my own table and view of games I wanted. It’s a chain, The food is what it is. The wings are fine. Great spot to meet up to watch sports or food and drink specials, good location
