I don’t want to write so many words but I just want to say very bad customer service. I was waiting for the order like 30 minutes but employee said order will take 5 minutes 🫰
Great selection of specials and wings and drinks! Good local spot in East Lansing to watch sports!
Very disappointing experience. We entered Buffalo Wild Wings at 10:25 PM, were seated by an employee, and told someone would come take our order. After waiting about 10 minutes, another staff member came and said it was already 10:30 PM and they would not serve us any food because they had already closed everything out. If the kitchen was closing, we should have been told before being seated.a complete waste of our time.
