If I could give 0 stars I would give it, horrible experience really one of the worst in my life, the waiter took 40 minutes to bring us the order then he arrived with the order and lacked cutlery, we had to wait 10 more minutes, he was not pending if we needed water or drinks, the food super salty, extremely salty I was shocked, we wanted to leave earlier but the waiter brought us the receipt and did not return in 20 more minutes, terrible service
We moved here from Cuyahoga Falls and had the best bw3 by us. We were so excited to have one by our new location. We have been there twice. Food is always good. Service is just horrible. We sat at the bar. The bartender was not attentive and would leave the bar to sit at a table with other coworkers and talk and eat. There were other people at the bar with empty glasses also waiting to be helped. We think about trying again but the first two times were disappointing and we just can’t.
