We came to this location tonight after football practice with a large group of families. My husband had been here a couple of years ago and had a pretty bad experience with the service, so we honestly hadn’t been back until tonight. This visit completely changed our minds. Roxy was our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal. It was late, and we had six families with around 10 kids, which is no small task. Excellent customer service
They always pull some bs in the night when they close at 12 and wanna shut everything down a whole hour and a half before. THEYRE LAZY
I ordered online and called in to make an adjustment. When I got there to pickup my order there must have been some miscommunication but my order was wrong. I told Dario, he apologized for the mistake and fixed my order. Had to wait a few minutes more but totally worth it.
