I had a horrible experience with Buffalo Wild Wings last night. I was with my two grown sons and two grandchildren 12 and 13 celebrating granddaughter's birthday. I ordered a grilled chicken with cheese on a challah bun. Everybody's order came out and I found out they had some type of breaded greasy looking thing with no cheese and an aldi looking bun as my sandwich I told the waitress I ordered the grilled chicken with cheese, she said I'll be right back. Service is good here. Food has came out fine dont believe in the bad reviews
My Buddy and I went here for dinner. The service was so slow and there wasn’t that much people in the restaurant. We sat a table and it took a long time for a waitress to take our orders. There was other customers waiting for waitresses as well. We got our waitress first than them and other customers waited over 15 minutes and they left the restaurant which I don’t blame them.
