Look. Everything was fine until we dropped a water bottle to the floor and then I proceeded to view the abhorrent lack of cleaning between our booth and the window. My only real complaint and concern is if the dining room is "cleaned" to this standard what is the kitchen situation. Everything was/is fine but the cleanliness is a huge concern.
Hard to blame it all on the server because they were clearly understaffed, but everything was so slow. Food was just okay, fries were barely warm when food came out. Place smelled like stale beer and everywhere felt unclean. Good franchise in general but had a bad experience this time. Maybe just bad management?
Food is always hot and fresh. Julie did such a fantasic job tonight. She was so kind and friendly. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you, Julie!
I had a horrible experience with Buffalo Wild Wings last night. I was with my two grown sons and two grandchildren 12 and 13 celebrating granddaughter's birthday. I ordered a grilled chicken with cheese on a challah bun. Everybody's order came out and I found out they had some type of breaded greasy looking thing with no cheese and an aldi looking bun as my sandwich I told the waitress I ordered the grilled chicken with cheese, she said I'll be right back.
