Appetizer was the only thing we got that was hot temperature wise. It came out with our food and our food was cold like it had been sitting for a while. I ordered a delivery from here. I could not have been more disappointed in the food. French fries were so stale there's no way they cooked them in the last 2 hours.chicken was ice cold. Didn't get the sauces that I ordered and paid for. On iously there is a serious management problem at BWW
