Poor customer service. Took 20 minutes to get our food and it was warm. The wings were hard to cut and chewy. Our waitress, only checked on us once. Manager had to refill put drinks. We tried to flag her down to pay at the end and she walked past with another waitress to the beverage area talking. When she did come over, she did not have our ticket. We had to ask her to enter our number for rewards. She walked away with dishes instead of taking our payment which we had ready. Worse experience and we go at least once a month.
I came during World Cup and it was packed so I understand there will be a wait time but we was waiting 30 minutes before a server came. Major turn-off
Firsr time at this location as we were visiting at nearby Waterpark & decided to stop in for dinner. Our server was the absolute best & I don't say that too lightly. I'm having trouble remembering her name but it had Tori in it. Top tier service & the food came out hot & fresh like we like it.
Server got upset that we did not tip enough for her liking.
