I came to Buffalo Wild Wings in Hudson on July 24 with a group of seven people, and unfortunately, what should have been a nice night out got off to a very frustrating start because of the way we were treated by the manager on duty. Mitch was the saving grace of this place. Made our terrible experience a lot better. The manager Bree was very rude and so was one of the other servers. Brought out cold fries and did not care to fix it after we asked.
Bree the manager was extremely rude and short. I am extremely disappointed with the experience my group had at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We came in with a party of friends expecting to enjoy a meal together, but unfortunately the customer service completely overshadowed our visit. This location continues to go downhill. They have some decent employees but the Managers are not supportive and sometimes I wonder if they have worked in a fast paced restaurant. Tonight, they had a Service Manager bartending that had never bartended. The guy next to us waited an hour for his food and then they gave it to the guy next to him.
