I'm not eating here again. Not only was the fries and boneless wings cold and hard, my burger had a hair infused into the burger patty. It took me five calls for someone to pick up the phone. Worst part is I still didn't get my refund, it's been a week..

The absolute worst service ever. Lazy people working there. The only one actually working is the waitress—a white woman on the night shift. Everything else about this place is terrible; I waited over an hour for an online order. There was a Black woman working while eating a chicken wing—that is disgusting. I came here around midnight for a pickup order, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I called to place my order, I was put on hold almost immediately without any explanation. Then, after I arrived, I ended up standing around waiting longer than expected before anyone acknowledged me or got my order ready. I understand late-night shifts can be busy, but better communication would have gone a long way. They were out of the grilled chicken sandwich but they gave us the breaded option without asking. Then they tried to say that it was what we ordered. I could tell the wings were originally frozen. Ordered the side salad with oil and vinegar to be told that that wasn't an option 15-20 minutes later. Got the salad with no utensils. Waited 15 minutes for the waitress to pick up the check - went up to the counter only to be told "oh I thought you guys left without paying...." Nope. Never again.
