By FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at a BWW in my life, and I have been to many different locations across 4 states. I attribute most of this to our AMAZING server Jackie. She was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank her enough. She was SO polite and fun and friendly. I hate to make this remark, however I feel like I have to. I had a terrible experience. I am a regular, who always has great service, especially by Presley and Kate the bartenders! However, today the beer was warm, the taps were absolute foam. I hope they fix this quick! I hate to do this. Hopefully they fix their cooler quickly, nobody like warm beer.
