The food is constantly missing from online orders, staff doesnt seem to ever care to actually fix the issue now the third time this place has sent me fries and no food. Another night hungry because you guys cant send me what I paid for and all i get is a lousy 70% refund on what was missing, if i knew that I would have just started by throwing my momey away since its all the same and i dont get anything out of it.

This location just keeps getting worse and worse and I've been a regular for years. If management actually had a clue maybe they'd make it. Couple weeks back they were out of Ultra, Busch Light, and Spotted Cow on tap at the same time. A customer plays a bunch of songs on the touch tunes and the clueless manager shuts down the music and turns the volume to a minor sporting event that hadn't even started yet. Unbelievable.

Placed online order and my wife sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before seeing an employee. Went to find a worker and explained what was going on and they laughed... Yes they laughed!!! Asked for manager and explained to him and another worker came out of nowhere yelling that I was lying about being there for 10 minutes. I was NOT! I showed up at the exact time that I was told that my order would be ready. Then, I was told that my order was given to someone else.. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Server sucked like don't even get me started 15 minutes to even come say hello or ask us what we wanted. And then food they didnt even have the product that I ordered that was on the menu. Everyone in the party that I came with ate beside me no matter what I order she said they didnt have the product to make it such a disappointment wont be back to this location again. And the add to this absolute no silverware was had to out table at all

I never put time into giving reviews but i feel compelled to here as ive never seen such a horribly ran restaurant which used to be a great place to come for lunch. It has become a shocking disaster and i know its under new management and the night time bartender skinny long hair tattooed neck was telling us that the new GM was horrible and doesnt know what she is doing which makes alot of sense as the food quality is garbage and the overall atmosphere has taken a full 360 compared to last year.
