Came in for a little snack and some drinks. Jade was in the bar and rocking it!! She took care of all the tables in the bar and made it look effortless. She took orders efficiently, could answer questions and help guide us to the best options and she joked along the way with us. Our drinks never ran out and our food was hot and delicious.

The food was normal, pretty good. What I wanted to highlight was the great service at the bar. Attentive but not too much, exactly at the time intervals an average person would want. The bartenders seemed to have a lot of regulars which to me was a good sign, the service showed why they came back. I wasn’t expecting that at all franchise wing place

Consistently inconsistent. Go here a few times a year and the results are always the same. Order online, missing sauces, food items, and 20 minute waits after your pickup time. Dine in, some food is served and others will finish before all food is delivered. Don't recommend.

Thought we would give BWWs another try after having poor service the last two visits. When we entered, there was no host at the front. The empty tables in the dining room had not been cleared from previous guests. At least two servers walked past the host stand, but no one acknowledged us. We waited a few minutes, then walked out. We probably won't be back for a while because this place just earned its third strike.
