This place constantly stops taking online orders and disconnects their phone to prevent people from making take out orders. The service is okay, but so slow. Wait staff dissappear for chunks of time.
They take forever to serve this was my second time in there and still not taking my order there wasn’t nobody in the bar I was trying to order some wings i ordered a beer but I left cuz I was trying to eat something
Terrible service. My order was online pick up time was 9:30.. Food was handed 40 mins after… i had to keep asking for the update.. They just seemed like they didnt care.. not even a sorry… smh
I received an order for a party, and several sauces were missing from the order. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager responded with an attitude and simply stated that the website information was incorrect. There was no apology, no effort to make things right, and absolutely no service recovery offered. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters.
