Service is ALWAYS slow, food was cold I did an online order, they had me waiting for 20 minutes after the projected ready time. Orders 40 wings only got 35. Terrible service, they need new management or need to close down

The service i received at this establishment was mediocre at the least waitress was not friendly and even rushed us to pay the bill. The food was the worst wings hard or order wrong took an hour to get a drink let alone food. The waitress did not come check on us for 45 mins after we placed our initial drink order . We still left a great tip regardless but I will never return and will not let my family go there again we were there celebrating a wedding!

Ordered takeout and the whole order was messed up and missing items. Drove back to the store and it still wasn’t right. The manager was decent but the other employees were very rude and unprofessional. Never spending money there again.
