Attempted to dine here Saturday with my kids - walked in, no one greeted us, after a few minutes someone sat us. Waited 10 minutes, a few staff walked by but no one ever came to our table. Got up and left and no one acknowledged us. Will not be back to this location.
It's been a few "years" since the last time we went because the service was horrible and the food was lousy but figured "let's give a try again" only to be even more disappointed then the last time! We went for appetizers ordered a bunch of different kinds waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to bring only 2 items (tots and mozz sticks) tells us "sorry we're out of pretzel nuggs" it was only 5:30pm and the place was EMPTY!!!!!!!!! replaced it with another order of mozz sticks meanwhile the other apps STILL DIDNT COME TO T... read more
