White manager with a beard is very racist, I walk in, doesn’t say anything to me but 1 minute after I walked in 2 different white couples walked in and immediately” smiling and greeting them” so he can greet and acknowledge a person, 10 minutes after I sit to wait for my pick up, still no one saying anything to me. Until after 20 min waiting, Never again, horrible training, horrible service, idk where they find these people. You don’t have to write back. Keep your comments of forgiving your staff.
Ordered for pickup and it wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after the designated pickup window when the restaurant was empty on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to the manager, and they had no excuse for the delay. While they did refund the order, the service standard was not acceptable.
Food was cold when we received had to ask 2 time for silverware and had on meal show up 10 minutes after the other food
