I've been reading the reviews for our local Vincennes BWW and there is always one point people bring up that I can always vouch for myself: inattentive workers. I may be impatient but I can deal with it if I can clearly see that all workers are busy. However, more than a few times, I'll be waiting at the front desk while I watch them in the kitchen chatting and snacking. I have never in my life had an experience in a restaurant so bad that leads me to feel that I need to write a negative review. I have never in my life sent back a plate of food due to it being incorrect. I have never in my life been served wings that have sat so long the sauce became dry and crusted on the top of them. We waited for over 50 minutes to get our food after ordering. They brought out our appetizers right when they brought out our food. Appetizers and food were cold. There were tables that were not bussed when we got there and still weren’t bussed by the time we left. They had three servers, but we’re not busy when we got there (not even half of the tables were full). Our server did not check on us at all. Walked in at 8:01 pm and walked to the bar. Got greeted a few minutes later. Food was good but took almost 40 mins to get food with 2 tables in main dining and us and one other table in bar. And it’s dirty. So the reviews are true. The service is slow here. Management must not care either about what the masses say. Sad story.
