We left Bad service at bar side 1 waiter for that side waited a long time for service and then waited long for another beer and beer standing too long at bar🙄

Went to celebrate my Son's birthday, got seated, waitress took our order, after a loooong while they came with our food EXCEPT MY ORDER, waitress went to ask to get it made and said it be right out. I never saw our waitress come out the kitchen again, more than half an hour had gone by, and my family was done with their meal. I reached out to another random waitress and explained the issue, she went to call my waitress out the kitchen and still empty handed she comes and tells me it was almost out.. SMH!!! Food was delicious and our server David was awesome! He deserves a raise.
Husband and I walked no smile from hostess she said we could sit down anywhere, tables were filthy and the floor too, we sat there 10 minutes no one came to help us waiters and waitresses passing us by and we are looking around thinking maybe they will greet us. Very bad customer service I will never go there again, not to that location. I suggest you all get on the ball. Blessings!
Bww dropped 1/2 price traditional wing Tuesday that was disappointing. Service was horrible. Waitstaff was not very attentive. Probably will not return.
