You’re service completely ignored us on purpose very well the worst restaurant I’ve been too in a while I had a group of 10 the waiters made constant eye contact but would not serve us.

I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred during my recent visit. I placed an order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. There were multiple customers ahead of me who had also been waiting well beyond their promised completion times, some stated they had ordered 30–40 minutes prior.
