Management decided not to show the UFC 181 fight tonight and it hurt them. At 10pm, the place was almost deserted. Jacks was hopping while showing the same sissy football games. Poor decision making showed tonight. Lesson learned tonight I hope as BWW is usually a great place.
They really need to work on their service. I always have liked the food but we went there last night for my birthday and I think it was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. It was our waiters second night and there were 7 of us. He obviously didn't know how to work their order machine and was screwing up everyone's order. Not to mention it took us an hour to get food. Bww easily lost 50 some or more dollars in a bar tab and he easily lost a large tip. I think they need to train them more than one night.
Great food and a great place to watch the UFC!!!
