Service was horrible! Worst waitress ever! She walked right by our table numerous times ignoring my repeated attempts to get her attention so I could get a refill for myself and my son. Our so called appetizer didn't come until after our main meal arrived and our food was brought by an entirely different waiter because she couldn't seem to do her job. We will not be going back.
Always amazing service and great food. I love Buffalo Wild Wings in Danville, and I love to buy all of their sauces mix them together and bathe in them, it's very therapeutic for the skin.
It was okay something black was stock on glass of tea but they brought me another on food was good over all was a good day.
Service was okay, could've been better. We ordered an appetizer that we reminded her of 3 times after we got our meal. The food was excellent. Seems to be the same everywhere we go lately in Danville; bad service and get food or vice versa.
I think that was the first time ever I had such great service!! The waitress was AWESOME ... wish I could remember her name because she needs to be recognized for a great job!! I will make sure I try to get her again when we go back!!
Arrived today 11/18/2016 at 4:20 pm. 7 wait staff standing at front counter. Was taken to a booth and given menus. 15 minutes later still had not been waited on. My wife and I got up walked by the manger on duty, she smiled at us and so did all of the wait staff that were still standing at the counter. Needless to say my wife and I are thinking extremely hard about returning to the Danville Va. location anytime soon. And we used to go there at least twice a month. And its a 30 minute drive to get there.
