Manager was a real piece of work , food was wrong and cold and our server thought it would be super nice to literally drop the check when my mother stated she wanted change back. Lately it’s just been bad every time
Our server Tammy, had no idea what the hell she was doing! Awful service and meal. We walked in at noon and didn’t get to order our food until 1pm. Food came fast after, however was wrong! My husband ordered 10 boneless wings, so out comes 15 bone in wings!! Couldn’t get a word in and she was out! Will not be back! Fries were gross, burger was burnt. Ordered to go messed up the order completely and no sauces what so ever provided. This place has the worst service ever. Not sure why I continue to order food from here.
Food was cold. My chicken tenders were small and chewy. I’ll stick to the Buffalo Wild Wings on the west end.
RecommendedSkylar was a great server. Had a table of 7 and never had to hunt her down for anything. A ++++
Buffalo Wild Wings in Leesburg has really gone down hill. Bar tenders are hit or miss - a couple are great and a couple rude and barely acknowledge your presence. Orders are often cold and have to be sent back. Also disappointing is the fact that our family of 3 can never eat together here because the order comes out one meal at a time, with sometimes up to 30 minutes between two of our meals. Awful Awful AWFUL! Simple as that. Lazy workers who wanted to play on their phones the whole time, nobody helped our server knowing it was her second day, food came out wrong, and we sat forever with wings in front of us and NO drinks.
