It's ok here. I'm visiting from Ft. Lauderdale. Typical BWW, food and atmosphere is good. But the eye candy here in NE Ohio doesn't compare to S. Florida.

the waiters were so nice and made sure I had everything. it was a great place and amazing food.
the employees are more interested in closing up than serving patrons. over an hour before closing the bartender disappeared after ordering one round for my party. we where not in any way offensive or disruptive and just wanted some service. when we got the attention of the employees they told us we where cut off. we where not drunk, we came from the airport not causing any commotion of any kind. I think the employees where being lazy and just wanted to get everyone out so they could close up.
I was here tonight watching the game and I will never return!! Our service was horrible!! Our waitress never came over to check on us and we had to flag her down to order anything. My order came out incorrect. When I asked to speak to the manager he was unapologetic and promised us a discount that we were never given! I feel like with so many great restaurants in Medina, this one isn’t worth my time or money.
