Unattentive service (on more than one occasion) Wings are certainly good, but the service at this particular branch are very much lacking. Service is extremely unattentive. Good food but bad service.
Finally learned our lesson. This is the third time in a row that my wife ordered food from BWW and they can’t manage to get the order right. Simple instructions are too difficult for the employees and management obviously has zero concerns over quality control. Edit: Also noticed they sent out expired sodas with the food!

Never been to a Buffalo Wild Wing restaurant before. I decide to get a bucket of wings to go. I get home and the wings are cold. Cold as in refrigerator cold. Not sure if they nuke pre-cooked frozen ones or not and didn't heat them well. I do know I won't be a returning customer. What a shame the Arbys/BWW owner is buying out Dunkins

Well we haven't been out to eat or get take out in awhile and haven't went to BWW here in about 3 years. Tonight for MNF my kids really wanted it so I said ok. Overall I was just so disappointed and we are going to do 80-100 wings every Monday for the season and may just switch back to Native and don't really want to but what wing options do we have. So I got 80 wings, 40 boneless and 40 regular with the special they have and comes with fries. I was first disappointed when I got home and they legit gave me one thing of ranch... read more

I waited 25 minutes to pick up an order I ordered on-line, so I called the restaurant and this girl came out with a huge attitude. She was really rude
