Service at this location has really went down hill. Our meals came at 15 minutes apart, seems like the waitress forgot to enter the full order.

So extremely disappointed in our take out. Somehow they left the lettuce and tomato out of my wrap. My husband ordered extra wet wings and they weren’t. And they left out the sauce for our fried pickles. This is the 3rd time we’ve been been extremely disappointed. I feel like our neighborhood BW3 is going downhill, despite it getting more and more expensive! 😔

Fries were ok but the side salad is not good
Got our take out order wrong, twice. Then when we got home had to go back to get sauces that they forgot. $85 for wings without any drinks for 5 people...short staffed, just bad
