Went to this restaurant tonight, with several friends got seated in a booth. Service was okay. Nothing wrong there. We were just about finished with our food and a grown roach crawled on the wall. The manager finally came to our table and told us she was sorry and she would not seat anybody else there. Like that would solve the problem. Roaches crawl ma’am. First got to the restaurant and everything was just fine. The server was nice, patient and efficient. A quarter of the way through our meal a huge roach carrying babies scurries across the wall near our food and drinks! We immediately tell the server who then gets a manager. Said manager comes out and says “we’ve got pest control on the phone right now and we aren’t going to seat anymore guests here for the rest of the night” first of all, I don’t know who she though was dumber! Buffalo Wild Wings is awesome !!!! My uncle was in there eating today and it is his bday so I called Sasha the general manager and ask her if they would sing happy bday to him!!!! They did !!!! How many other restaurants would have just said yes !!!! Not any I know of thanks for making it happen for me Sasha !! And thank all the servers for me who participated!!!! Love y’all

It’s usually good everytime we go. But service was terrible. Didn’t bring one of our beers.. forgot to ring up appetizer and it had to be mentioned to her after have done got our food and the appetizer was not good it was cold.. the beer was hot when delivered bc it sat on the bar for a good 10 mins and then the manger brung it over as well... my food was hard as a brick I got the new pulled pork sandwich.. my fiancé’s wings were over cooked and tasted horrible.. and the waiter literally never came to check on us but once 😡... read more

Stopped to eat here on our way back home. Sat in our booth for over 15 minutes and never got waited on. 4 servers walked by and not one stopped. It was clear we hadn't been served since we had no drinks and only menus. Tables seated after us were waited on. We tried several times to wave someone down with no luck. We will not be back

I’ll start off by saying that BWW is our favorite restaurant to eat at. However, we went in today and the hostess was rude as soon as we walked in the door. She then proceeds to try and sit us at a table that was literally butted up to a huge party. (They were even using part of the chairs from the table she tried to seat us at.) Had a rather large group show up with me for a baseball game. The staff was very accommodating and our waitress was attentive to everyone’s needs. Awesome execution in customer satisfaction by BWW.. very pleased.

We took our church’s children group for lunch today on our way home from camp. Our total party was about 25 people, mostly children. The staff was super friendly and super efficient. They were very patient and kept a smile on their face the entire time. It was a great dining experience.
