Don't own up to what they adverte
Gotta say, I love BWW but for the 3rd year in a row with multiple visits, the NY one continues to disappoint. I have visited one in Houston (Willowbrook), Vegas and Florida (I-Drive, all 3 restaurants) with no issues. The service in the one near Times SQ has been poor. We had to repeat requests so many times I gave up. And to expect an 18% tip makes it even more laughable. That’s the problem, it’s expected, rather than earned.
Had a really great time...food was delicious..service was decent... Waiter was alittle busy but no real complaints...
Loved wings and good as usual
if you happen to go here, ask for Mel. She isbthe only server who will take care of you. We weren't even her table and she took care of us.

The Boneless wings were poor and when mentioned it she said you should have had source on them. She never re filled our drinks and after paying she questioned if we were going to Tip. The Answer was no.
