Been working with Buffalo US for many years both as a patient and as a medical office professional. I've always had an excellent experience with the field staff as well as the folks working the phones. Would recommend!
If i could give 0 stars. i would. I called to retrieve a EKG tracing back from september. Spoke to michelle and she got real snippy and nasty towards the beginning of the conversation. stating this is from september and you are just now requesting it. she then put me on hold for 2 minutes and came back requesting the fax number with a snobby attitude.
