So easy to make an appointment. You get in and out-no wait. Easy to get ahold of. Each worker I came in contact with had a smile on their face and they were very kind. I would come back here, I don’t usually write reviews but it was honestly the best experience i had at a medical office.

I had a great experience with Buffalo Ultrasound. From the initial scheduling to the actual appointment, everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I was taken in right away with no wait. Overall, the process was quick, professional, and stress-free.

Been working with Buffalo US for many years both as a patient and as a medical office professional. I've always had an excellent experience with the field staff as well as the folks working the phones. Would recommend!

If i could give 0 stars. i would. I called to retrieve a EKG tracing back from september. Spoke to michelle and she got real snippy and nasty towards the beginning of the conversation. stating this is from september and you are just now requesting it. she then put me on hold for 2 minutes and came back requesting the fax number with a snobby attitude. She then stated “is this ur fax number or a doctors” with the same attitude to which i stated no this is my fax number i will send it to my provider. and she still had the atti... read more
