The company is unreliable and doesn’t take accountability! Unfortunately, I booked them for a large tent, tables and chairs for a corporate event and when our team arrived the morning of the event that started at 9 am, there was nothing set up - no tent, table or chair in sight! Their excuse was first that the delivery truck got a flat tire the day before. Then they said they were unable to get in contact with the venue point of contact. On time and professional. Very happy with their service and product.
We booked them for a stage for our outdoor dance recital during the pandemic. Great customer service from beginning to end... over the phone, email and to set up and tear down. You can trust that they will be on time, set up the way you want and make your special event go as smooth as possible.
We just had our wedding with Buffalo Tent Rental in December and they are more than worth it. Bob set me up with a porto potty and even constructed a plywood floor in the middle of winter to make this happen. Anytime there was a problem Bob was already on top of it before I even called him. I couldn't recommend them more.
