They need to get their information together. I was originally told if I canceled my reservation if the water was low, I would get all of my money back including the deposit. When I did call and cancel they said no. The next day, I was charged 175 dollars after I had already cancelled my reservation. I wasn’t mad at first because I thought I might still be going. I did enjoy the convenience of the truck shuttle. Although was very disappointed when I got to my truck to find someone's blood on my center console and seats.
These guys were fantastic from start to finish! Calla was so helpful and everyone we talked to made us a priority, even though they were busy doing the same for others. They went above and beyond and we will never use any other company. Thanks for facilitating an awesome adventure. Can't wait to head back!

After a horrible canoe roll, our canoe became emerged and pinned in a chute of rushing water. My family only had one canoe left for four people. We on a 8 mile "day" trip and thought you guys would notice when we missed our "check in" and it became dark. Y'all left my family, with two kids, on the river bank in only our bathing suits and the temp dropped to the low 50's overnight. You didn't even bother to send any kind of search party...why?
