Dana was excellent. She is very thorough and took the time to explain CPAP machine set up/cleaning/filter changes, mask fitting and CPAP usage. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to about any topic. The rest of the staff was delightful to deal with as well. The office is very welcoming, doesn't feel like a Dr's office at all. Pleasure all around.....

I had a very positive experience at Buffalo Respiratory Therapy. From the administrative assistants to the respiratory therapist, Dana. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Dana took time to answer my questions and practice with the equipment. She let me try on masks till I found the right one. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Dana said if I had any questions I she would help me out.

Dana and Tara were extremely helpful in setting up my appointment with them. And Dana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting my cpap set up!

I went to get fitted and pick up my cpap machine. I was a bit wary at first, but I was greeted warmly and Dana explained everything thoroughly. It was a lot easier than I thought. Their professionalism and open communication eased my anxiety about the new situation I've found myself in. Would definitely recommend going through them.
