I had a dental emergency and Buffalo Dental went out of their way to help me! I am not from the area and they treated me like I had been their patient all my life. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and help!!
My daughter referred us there in an urgent situation and they got me in that same day at a time that was convenient for me!! Dr. Shy was through, informative, relatable and helped me develop a plan that I was comfortable with. He and his staff understood that dental treatments are expensive and sometimes unattainable for people. The dental assistant was PHENOMENAL! After having some dental anxiety from a different dental office, she was wonderful. The front office was kind and checkout was smooth. Overall the staff was great!
The dental hygienist was terrific as usual!! The other female attendant was also terrific! However the dentist was cold and not personable at all. I have asked to change dentists.
This place just cost me my joint replacement surgery by denying surgical clearance. They must have thought they could make money off of me by claiming I needed a deep cleaning. I might have believed him if he'd actually measured my gums to see how deep any pockets may be. But he didn't. He barely looked in my mouth at all. Don't trust them for your surgical clearance.
