Technical expertise & friendliness are 5 stars. We arrived on time for our appointment and waited until 20 minutes after our appointment time before we were seen. 4 stars overall.
Friendly staff.
Buffalo Family Dentistry has a professional environment, but also has an extremely caring atmosphere. To find a healthcare practitioner's office that has both of these components combined seems to be a rarity these days. Honestly, I never thought that going to the Dentist could be an enjoyable experience.
I've been going to Buffalo Family Dentistry for 20-something years. It has always been a good experience as staff are personable and provide consistent care.

I'm always very satisfied with my experience and care at this dental office , the staff is wonderful, very friendly and caring . Sure is more enjoyable than my memories of the dentist in my childhood. Dr. John is the greatest.!!
