Eric was amazing. Helped me through every question and was kind the entire way through. He’s really knowledgeable at what he does and actually cares for the people he serves. Thank you Eric! Scam artists incapable of doing their jobs. I made an appointment due to a vision issue. I advised the provider my current contact prescription, however they continued to have me do trials of a much lower prescription and was confused every time I said I couldn’t see/my vision was worse. When I expressed concern for her capabilities, she had me meet with another member or their “team” who advised he wasn’t able to assist me either. The doctors and all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They give you all the time you need when you’re with the doctor and I never feel rushed. However, the wait time is almost always at least an hour after your scheduled appt time. I don’t want them to change their attention to patients but maybe they could space the appt so there isn’t such a wait time.
I have contacted this company several times regarding a payment they owe me. They agree they will send me the money, but I still haven’t received it. This has been a ln issue since December.
