I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week and have called multiple times over four days. Every time, I’m told that someone will call me back, but I have never received a call.

Eric was amazing. Helped me through every question and was kind the entire way through. He’s really knowledgeable at what he does and actually cares for the people he serves. Thank you Eric! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and kind as well! 5/5, I would recommend this place to anyone. I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I wasn’t disappointed!
Scam artists incapable of doing their jobs. I made an appointment due to a vision issue. I advised the provider my current contact prescription, however they continued to have me do trials of a much lower prescription and was confused every time I said I couldn’t see/my vision was worse. When I expressed concern for her capabilities, she had me meet with another member or their “team” who advised he wasn’t able to assist me either.
