This stuff that yall are doing where only looking at offers on one day is terrible. Why not just accept offers as they come in and if the seller likes it, accept it? If not, counter. I wonder if sellers realize what they are signing. We offered asking price in cash but the scam the realtors are running cost their client. Ended up purchasing from a for sale by owner over asking.
