Front. Office ladies are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Good Dr.
Requested an appointment with Dr. Castiglia, show up and appointment is with Dr. Moreland. I had called the office and requested that under no circumstances was i yo see Dr. Moreland. When I pointed this out and asked why the appointment was changed, they simply stated 'if you don't like it, you can go elsewhere'. I wish I could post the recording of this conversation. Which i have. If you cannot get the appointment correct, how can you ve trusted to do any better with the surgery? Thanks, but no thanks.
I've been here many times for mri's due to herniated discs in my neck and back and have never had any issues with the girls at the front desk or anyone else behind the doors. They are all caring, friendly and helpful ppl who treat you as if you were a member of their family!! I would for sure refer friends here and have and I will definitely go back whenever needed. They are one of the best in the area!!! My fiance has also been going here for over a decade and has no complaints either!!
