Recently took over for another company at our subdivision. The one emergency experience regarding a neighbors flooding unit was good. Maintenance repair requests get ignored for months. Waiting on a minor gutter repair over 5 months now. They ignore requests even from HOA board members, so they are at least consistent in their crappy attitude to all.
