worst service ever! I was locked out of my house, the deadbolt wouldn't unlock. I decided to give these guys a try since I work nights and it was 6am when I got home and they advertised 24/7 service with a tech being dispatched in 20 minutes. After several calls and getting an answering machine/voicemail, I finally get a real person shortly after 7am. I used this locksmith yesterday. First off the guy who came out was rude. He opened my door, and made a key for it. When he told me too test the key I asked why didn't he put the dash back the way it was he says, it's cold, I don't want to break it... oooook. I start the car, I leave. Lost my keys. Left them in the door cuz I was carting in groceries. Went to retrieve them and they were gone. I turned my place upside down just in case.....no luck. Called Buffalo Mobile Locksmith. He was here within 30 minutes and re-keyed my deadbolt in five minutes. Fast, friendly and affordable.
