Buffalo Storage is very accommodating. I have used this storage for a year. I had not been to my storage unit for sometime, decided to check it out today. My key would not work on the lock so I went to the office for help. The owner helped me immediately. He cut the lock and replaced with a new lock. I feel fortunate to rent a unit that fits my needs as it is well kept and secure. It is very affordable. I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone who needs a great place for storage..

I had a pleasant experience using Buffalo Mini Storage the facility was clean and dry something i can'tsay about my previous experiences elsewhere so i am very happy . Craig the owner was easy too work with.

As others here have said Craig is a terrible person to work with. After looking at a unit I told him I forgot my license and would have to return later in the day to finalize everything, he said that would be fine so I returned a few hours later and was left parked at the gate with no one answering the phone to let me in. I figured I would come back the next day.
