We’ve stayed here twice on trips to Colorado Springs and will definitely stay again! We’ve recommended it to friends who have also stayed there and had great experiences too! The staff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is amazing! The music and food trucks are great!
Great spot on a slow day. However, during events, they don't have the capacity... there is nowhere to sit, and you're elbow to elbow. Further, $7 for 4 air fried mini tacos out of a box is INSANE. I understand they need to make a profit, but thats a 700% markup. I can get 4 real, full sized, handmade tacos for that price - even downtown - or grab 10 of the same type of tacos from 7-Eleven on the way for $2. Sorry, but no thanks.
I travel from Ft. Worth and I've stayed there multiple times a year for the last 4 years. The staff is great and I'm always planning a trip back to the Lodge every time I get back home.
