March 14 2014 I have been here now for 45 minutes and still don't have my food. Two people that came in 20 minutes after us have their food. They are under staffed. And the delivery girl parks in the front row right in front of the door instead of leaving that open for customers.our waitress can't get to us because the phone won't stop ringing so we get ignored and people who aren't here are getting better service. We will not be back until management does a better job of training their employees.

I apologize that you had a bad experience. I am usually there every night. I had knee surgery on March 6 and we did have some staffing problems after that. Who ever told you that they were supposed to answer the phone over taking care of you is absolutely mistaken. Please allow me to buy you a meal and make it up to you. Again, I am so sorry for the bad experience.
Went in for dinner tonight and got put on the back burner because the togo orders are more important. The waitress even told me that she is suppose to answer the phone over taking my order. We won't be coming back in to eat. If we want your food we'll just order Togo and that way we can be a priority!
