Buffalo IVF, hands down, deserves 5 stars. Every single person who we worked with through our first journey there was knowledgeable, caring, patient, understanding, friendly, etc. I've never experienced a business where everyone you talk to is genuinely nice and helpful. I wasn't a huge fan of some of the people at their answering service (out of hours) but we hardly had to talk to them and I don't expect much from those services anyway. I went almost a year and once I had switched found out my husband had low morphology which was never mentioned. We would of never gotten pregnant with all the iuis we did.
The office, nurses and Doctor Sullivan were all great! Always willing to explain things and try different options. They do all they can to help you on your infertility journey to get a positive result of becoming a parent. Definitely recommend this office to anyone struggling with infertility or other related issues. They helped us achieve our little miracle!
Over the course of a couple years, we had multiple cycles and every time the staff was wonderful. We ended up pregnant on our own, but due to a previous loss I was very anxious. Dr Griffin, and Dr Dipola were AMAZING seeing me until we "graduated"
Absolutely amazing!! 6 years ago today delivered my sweet Ella Josephine! I am forever grateful For the wonderful amazing and ever so passionate staff at buffalo IVF. Thank from the bottom of my heart!
