Worst service ever! Material did not work no matter what profile we tried and they will not honor a refund!! Worst accounting person I have ever dealt with in 30 years!! So crazy I am even making a review, that's how horrible the experience was!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! THATS WHY THEY HAVE A 2 STAR RATING!!!!

If this place could get a negative rating I would be all over it! We bought a printer from them in Jan 2020 that they told me was a demo and that they had only printed about 100 prints on it but that it still held the brand new warranty. They lied about the number of prints made, they lied in regards to the price, they lied regarding the warranty. According to EPSON, the warranty was started in February of 2019. Love this place.. Sara is always on point, Thursdays she always follows up with me to see if we need any extra media.. the fact they are open on Saturdays makes it very convenient for my last minute bookings. So far they have the best prices on the media we use.

I purchased the media kit for my printer in person yesterda. It was fast and easy. 'm glad they are open on Saturdays too. I used to purchase the media kit from another local company but they didn't help me when i needed a plastic tray for my hiti printer. Jade made such a great effort to help me. That's why i decided to give them my business. Keep up the good work.

Very poor customer service. I received a box of ink ribbon and paper that was causing the printer to jam. I spoke with rep from Buffalo Imaging and advised to mail them back the defective product and they would than send a replacement case. Needless to say I paid $25 to mail back the defective product and waited 3 weeks before messaging them back to hear that a replacement case would not be sent out. took 5 months to respond to my message and just told me to goto the Web page, the website doesn't show me postage costs to Australia and that's why I contacted them.
