Wingate Lived here since May 2021 was given notice twice I was in arrears aka owing rent. 1st time they failed to Inform me they needed a updated form to collect the rent from my bank. 2nd time was due to their system being out of order. I was sent a notice and charged late fees for their errors. I'm also still waiting repairs I've complained about for the last 4 years only for them to inform me they have no record of the request. Also threatened regularly with eviction.
