COMPASSIONATE! If you only read one word of my review, then at least you know the most important part. I never visited this animal hospital before, but I was blown away by the compassion and care they gave to a total stranger! They treated my cat and I like they knew us for 5 years, rather than 5 minutes. The office manager Jack and the vet Dr. Schaele are perfect for their jobs and they truly cared for the well-being of my best friend. I highly reccomend trusting in Dr. Schaele and his team for your pet’s care. Since working with him, my experiences have been wonderful here. The gentleman at the front desk is very attentive, calm and kind. Dr. Schaele has been a wealth of information throughout my pups cancer journey.
