Almost killed by one of their Box Vans running a red light, while there's 7 feet of snow and he obviously had no clue if there was a vehicle there. Ridiculous. I expect similar work quality.

They installed my geothermal system in my house three years ago. The installers were friendly, and smart. They explained everything to me and were very helpful. Then 1 year from install my geothermal systems stopped in the middle of winter. I called, but they never answered the phone. I never got a call back. I had to call another company to come and fix my hvac. They ended up finding a lose wire that fell off of a connector. That shouldn’t happen. We had Buffalo Geothermal install a brand-new Waterfurnace geothermal system in 2019. The system included a Waterfurnace 7-series forced-air heat pump and a smaller heat pump to produce domestic how water. This system replaced our hydronic boiler and tank water heater. We had this system installed because we wanted air conditioning and our water heater was on its last legs.
