Most uncaring horrible companu I have ever had met. Would go anywhere but here. Not very family oriented.
They are slackers there
After being a customer for 10 years, we started receiving lesser quality product. The last roll of felt was not only only lesser quality, but not the light grey we had always received and to top it off, it looked like it had melted neon crayons in it. Definitely not anything we could use on the skirting of our high quality custom saddles. Do you think we would get a replacement? An apology perhaps? A discount on the next order? NOPE! We were offered a 20% restocking fee, which I guess is a big favor since they usually charge... read more
