When I tell you this is the most racist experience I’ve had while shopping. I was visiting from Chicago. I was followed around the store. They kept asking me if the was something they could help me find every 5 minutes even though I was perfectly fine looking around. My brothers mask was too big and kept falling below his nose. He was looking around when he didn’t notice his mask fell a little and was yelled at by one of the workers who also put is hand up as if my brother was a pet. I thought the atmosphere was great when I went. The staff was friendly & the music choice was fun to shop to. I found quite a few very unique things. Ill definitely go back. Cool place in my opinion!
Horrible Experience!!! I had over 5k of merchandise and the manager started being extremely rude in front of customers to me. She also had the employees laughing at her horrible customer service. I called ahead and asked about my clothes and then when I got to the store she said I’m only holding 7 items even though that’s not what I was told. Drove an hour and 15 minutes because the reviews here were good. Well, it was a complete waste of a trip. The worker quickly looked through my huge bag of clothes and only took one piece. She said they were looking for clothes “in season”. Most of my clothes were from boutiques with tags still on it. She then said my one piece was worth $14 and would only give me $4. Def do NOT recommend this place.

So happy to have stumbled upon this gem! The store is well lit, organized, clean, smells nice and has fabulously nice and helpful employees. The hours are great as well, we were able to hit them up after dinner! So much fun stuff available bit I had to settle for just one item this time...but it's a smashing pink holographic bag with matching wallet in excellent condition! With stopping in and swiping through the hangers!
